Mama Mare POV: Election Day Thought

 Today, is Election Day. This election, I believe, is unlike any other in history. It’s like a major battle scene; horses and their riders maneuvering in and out of polls, entering tactic codes. Today, is battle day, a day that will truly determine our direction as a country; North, South, East, or possible wicked cackling West. 

Today, the haziness of red, blue, truth, and lies will redden eyes. So, lift your eyes over the TV screen where God’s picture perfect portrait can be seen. 

Remember, today, is also the day that the Lord has made. He created time and its tick-tock game clock. He has already readied the chess board and glued the pieces to their final position. Everyday, His will ultimately wins…checkmate!

So, tomorrow, as you wake up and fix your eyes on a hazy TV screen, remember, it’s a day that the Lord has made. Whatever the “gluey” non-movable outcome, lift your eyes over the results, and imagine a biblical worded picture; As for me and my House, we will serve the Lord. - Joshua 24:15

We do not serve man or woman, we solely serve the Lord. We work unto Him each made-up willed day. Rejoice and be glad in whatever result because checkmate! We serve the King.
